Questions before you order
Will these rolls fit my machine?
Compare the width and outer diameter in the product title with your current roll. Not sure? Order free sample rolls or email us your terminal or printer model and we'll confirm the right size.
What does coreless mean?
Coreless rolls have no plastic tube in the centre. You get more paper on every roll, fewer roll changes and nothing extra to throw away. They suit printers and terminals where the roll drops into a compartment.
What's the difference between BPA-free and phenol-free?
BPA-free paper is made without BPA (and our BPS-free grades without BPS as well). Phenol-free paper goes further and uses no phenol-based developers at all, a good choice for staff who handle receipts all day.
How do case savings work?
Add any 3 cases of thermal or bond rolls and save 5%, or 5 or more cases and save 10%. Printer ribbon packs (24 per pack) count as a case too. You can mix sizes. The discount applies automatically in your cart.
How is shipping calculated?
We ship across Canada from Calgary, Alberta. Calgary delivery is free on orders over $199. Other shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
What if the rolls don't work for me?
30-Day Fit & Print Guarantee. If our rolls don't fit your machine or don't print clearly, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace them or refund you. No need to send anything back.
Sound familiar?
Receipt paper is the last thing you want to think about
Out of paper at the worst moment
The last roll runs out during the lunch rush and someone has to run to the store for an overpriced sleeve.
Faint or jammed receipts
Thin or poorly wound rolls jam the printer or print too faint for customers to read.
Wrong size, again
Widths and lengths look alike. Order the wrong one and the case sits in the back room.
